Hip-hop show in the Var
We are the Par-Allèles company, specialized in Hip-Hop performances, based in the Var in Roquebrune-sur-Argens, with production by Métiss’Arts.
Created in 2006 under the artistic direction of Jamal and Hosni M’hanna, the Par-Allèles dance company brings, through the diversity of its Hip-Hop and contemporary style, a wide range of technical and expressive movement.
Is it “blood ties” or their shared passion for dance that undeniably unites these dancers and choreographers? Probably both…
For more than 20 years, the two brothers who founded the Par-Allèles company have been creating a series of dance performances centered around human rights, a theme to which they are particularly devoted.

Hip-Hop Performance Supported by the Var Department and the DRAC
In line with its commitment to developing Hip-Hop performances in the Var, the department supports the Par-Allèles company, which aims to echo the name of Albert Camus through a poetic and striking Hip-Hop dance.
Albert Camus, the Frenchman born in Algeria, was a man of engagement, through his actions, words, and ideas.
He stood against all forms of inequality.
“Albert Camus is Hip-Hop” — rebellious and committed. Through this piece, which combines dance and theater, we aim for his name to resonate. A biographical duo retracing the major moments of Camus’s life.
